Interesting that we each decided to post photos of mollusks today. Although mine is certainly not appetizing...
Diane - not sure about the yum, yum although I did venture into snail cuisine last April in Paris (I promised myself this time).Actually ate at Escargot and had the best duck as well.Walt - what do they say - Great mind or Fools seldom!!!!Sure you don't read my blog first, LOL.
The best part of eating escargots is the butter, garlic, parsley and good bread.
