Christmas Eve in Melbourne by the Bay

Shopping all done
presents under the tree.

Wine for Christmas lunch cooling
Dinner table set for tomorrow,
starting with prawn cocktails.

The sky is blue
and bay is calm.
The weather is perfect
for Christmas day.

Have a safe and happy festive season
to all our friends
both local and overseas.

  1. What beautiful preparations you and Sue have made, Leon. And will Himself be back from the far corners of the world to pop a Christmas cracker? I seem to have lost track of him.
And the Carol of the Bells is lovely!

    1. Kay - glad to hear from you. Yes, young Mitchy is back home along with older son Andy from 2 years in the UK. Not only that but my Daughter Carly and her partner Sharn have arrived from the Gold Coast for Christmas - a very much a family affair this year. We hope yours is wonderful also.

  2. Everything looks so calm and organised, whereas we are absolutely not calm and definitely not organised, which includes anything to do with Christmas! Hope you and your family have a lovely day. Vx
