I quite often saw cars pull up outside the bakery or paper shop, on the wrong side of the road, double parked while they went about their business. Strangely, nobody gets stressed - very patient!!!!Leon Simshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17609891995057827081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1038987539224858410.post-35082796985025682772012-08-16T09:27:26.845+10:002012-08-16T09:27:26.845+10:00Diane - I've seen them do bump parking in Pari...Diane - I've seen them do bump parking in Paris. In Avenue Montaigne in Paris the big classy chauffeur driven cars just parked right in front of the fashion houses and then remained there until Madame returned. No thought of inconveniencing other road users .... Maybe that's the way it is in the cities of France.Diannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02806482148547283594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1038987539224858410.post-67398532069882183722012-08-15T06:04:33.579+10:002012-08-15T06:04:33.579+10:00We were fascinated by the parking in Paris. Push the car in front forward a bit, then push the car behind back a bit and eventually you will fit your own car in. Tough if you want to get the car out again, or the ones in front and behind need to move:-))) Keep well D & NZimbabwehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07279761983880323632noreply@blogger.com
